Piso grande y luminoso con cocina espaciosa y completamente equipada. Tiene dos baños y tanto el salón como el balcón son amplios y muy luminosos. Siempre procuro que los inquilinos se sientan como en casa y les ayudo en todo lo que puedo. El piso se ha pintado y reformado completamente. La habitación tiene ahora una cama grande, escritorio y cajonera. Además de ventilador y calefacción centralizada. Por cierto no es un bajo como pone en el anuncio, es un octavo. Se encuentra en el centro de valencia, está muy bien comunicado. A dos minutos andando del río y a cinco del barrio del carmen. No se admiten parejas.
