This newly renovated exterior apartment is large and offers 5 fully furnished bedrooms, four of which have double beds and balconies with views of Valencia. The apartment is located in the district known as Quatre Carreres and is in a prime location for one of the biggest attractions in Valencia, The City of Arts and Science.

What we liked the most
- The bedrooms are like mini apartments in themselves. They are spacious, fully furnished with plenty of storage space and often include a sofa too.
- The kitchen is fully furnished and very modern.
- There is an abundance of sofas in this apartment.
- Three of the bedrooms have their own balcony.
- There is a separate room which can be used as an office which is furnished with a table and chairs as well as further storage space, specifically for Bedroom 4
- The bedrooms have their own individual key.
- The Wi-Fi has already been installed and activated.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is no communal space for the tenants, the majority of the bedrooms are very large and are fully furnished with a sofa.
- You will be sharing one bathroom with 4 other tenants, but this should not be a problem if you are working on different timetables.
