These well-furnished rooms are available to rent in a 110 m², 5-bedroom apartment on Carrer Ramiro de Maeztu, in Camins al Grau. The apartment has a big, well equipped kitchen, with lots of storage, and an electric oven and stove. The bathroom has a large cubicle shower, and is tiled throughout.
This location is ideal, sandwiched between the beach and the centre of the city, and close to both the Universidad de Valencia and the Universitat Politècnica de València, both easily reached by public transport. Nearby there are lots of cafes and local shops, including a Mercadona grocery store just around the corner. There is also a gorgeous, tree-filled park right next to the apartment.

Bedroom 4 is an exterior room with a double bed, a nightstand, a sofa, a wardrobe and a desk. There is also a full length mirror. The window looks to the street, so the room is bright and cheerful.

What we liked the most
- Most of the rooms are spacious and very well-furnished, for a very comfortable life in the apartment.
- The kitchen has plenty of space for all 5 tenants.
- Valencia University can be reached quickly on Metro, and Valencia Polytechnic University by the bus number 40 from near the apartment.
- You can reach the beach in 30 minutes on foot, and even quicker by public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have heating, but Valencia is a warm city – you're unlikely to miss it.
