There are spacious rooms available to rent in this 80 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Ciutat Vella. The apartment has been fully renovated and has an industrial style decor, softened with unique artwork. The equipped kitchen is the main common area, large enough to eat and cook your meals comfortably. There is 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is a modern property in the historical Ciutat Vella neighborhood. You are surrounded by all your basic amenities and plenty of delicious restaurants to try. In terms of transportation, the location couldn't get any better with more than 10 bus lines that pass by and connections to 5 metro lines.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been fully renovated and has an elegant industrial design.
- The bedrooms are spacious and come decorated with artwork.
- All the bedrooms have an independent key for added privacy.
- Bedroom 4 comes with an en-suite bathroom.
- The eat-in kitchen is spacious and the perfect place to get to know your roommates.
- The Colón metro is well-serviced by lines that take you to the airport and beach.
Things to keep in mind
- The 2nd bedroom 3 referred to in the video is in reality Bedroom 4.
- The building does not have an elevator.
