There are rooms available to rent in this large 183 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Benimaclet. The live-in landlady has provided modern appliances and well-furnished common areas. The kitchen is fully equipped including a laundry room and an additional dining area. The kitchen and dining room are the only common areas in the property, with the landlady having private access to the living room.

The apartment is located in Benimaclet. This area is very popular with students thanks to its proximity to 2 university campuses. There is a metro stop close by as well as the large Arena shopping center.

What we liked the most

  • There is central AC and heat.
  • The spacious kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and a 2-door refrigerator with an ice machine.
  • You can watch TV in the kitchen.
  • There is separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
  • There is a state-of-the-art shower with massage jets.
  • You will have access to a shared pool – great for summer!
  • The University of Valencia is a 10-minute metro ride away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlady has private use of the other 2 bedrooms.
  • This property is only available for female students... sorry!
