This 6-bedroom apartment has individual rooms to rent and 2 shared bathrooms. The large 200 m² property is equipped with AC, gas heating, and offers a lovely open plan kitchen and living area.

The apartment is located on a quiet residential area that is well connected by public transport. The University of Valencia is a 20-minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride away.

Room description

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, desk and is equipped with air-conditioning. This room has a very spacious built-in wardrobe and overlooks an interior patio.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is bright and has lovely wooden floors.
  • You will find supermarkets and shops within walking distance.
  • Both shared bathrooms are modern, and one of them has a bathtub.
  • The kitchen and living area is spacious and nicely decorated.
  • All rooms can be secured with an independent key and offer good storage space.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 6 are interior, and rooms 2 to 5 face the street.
  • The bedrooms have double beds but can accomodate 1 person only.

    • Please note that your landlord collects rental payments on the 1st of every month
    • If your booking starts on the 1st of the month: your Spotahome payment covers the monthly rental

  • Fees
    • Utilities (electricity, water and gas) are not included in rent

    • Monthy cleaning fee of 15 EUR, not included in rent.
  • Check-in/out info:
    • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 14:00 / 17:00 - 19:00

    • Bank holidays and out of hours check-in: €30
  • The landlord takes up to a month to return the security deposit in order to review the bills and final expenses
