The 85 m² apartment is bright and airy, and has new and contemporary fittings and furnishings throughout. There is a large, open plan living room / kitchen / dining area, and each of the bedrooms are bright and have plenty of space.
The apartment is located on a busy main road, with great transport connections nearby. Both the beach, and the Polytechnic University of Valencia are within walking distance, and the local area is full of useful amenities. For a community feel and excellent fresh fruit, vegetables, and seafood, head to the nearby Mercat Municipal del Cabanyal. Or for simple convenience, use the Charter supermarket, about a minute's walk away.
