Casa reformada hace menos de dos años, mobiliario en buen estado para sentirse muy a gusto en una habitación que tiene baño privado dentro. La casa está en una zona de huerta muy tranquila de la ciudad y a solo cinco minutos en coche de la ciudad de las ciencias y las artes.
Tiene posibilidad de aparcar un coche gratis al frente de la casa y dejar en la terraza una bici o una patineta no es problema.
En cuanto a transporte público: a quinientos metros hay una parada de bus con rutas al centro de Valencia y a la playa de pinedo y a mil doscientos metros otra parada con ruta al centro de Valencia.
