There are bright and cozy room available to rent in this modern 3-bedroom apartment just moments from the beach. The rooms vary in size, but all have an exterior view and come fully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. The living room and kitchen have an open-concept layout and big windows that keep it sun-filled. The living room has a big comfortable couch, chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen looks brand new with modern appliances and a dining table for 6.
On Avinguda de la Malva–Rosa in the Poblats Marítims neighborhood, the apartment is located just a few minutes' walk to Malvarosa Beach. This is the ideal location if you are a beach lover who also loves the laid back atmosphere that comes with it. The Universitat Politècnica de Valencia is also near, about 15 minutes away, so you can go for a swim before or after class – now that's called living!
