Rooms are available to rent in this bright 3-bedroom apartment, which has AC, on Plaça del Vicari Ferrer. The apartment has a spacious living/dining room which comes furnished with a comfy couch, flat-screen TV, coffee table and some useful shelving as well as having a dining table with room for 4 people to share a meal and some stylish artwork on the walls. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and there is also a sizable balcony with a view of the neighbourhood.
The apartment is located in a residential area in the south of the city where you can easily relax and take it easy after a days work or studying. You are close to the lively Plaza de Jesús and Valencia's hipster neighbourhood Ruzafa. There are 2 supermarkets nearby where you can buy your daily amenities and with bus stops right outside the door, you can easily connect with the rest of Valencia.
What we liked the most
- The living room is bright, spacious and stylishly furnished.
- The property has a AC, you will love this during the summer.
- The kitchen has plenty of counter space, perfect for shared living.
- There is a spacious communal balcony and the tenant of bedroom 1 has a private balcony.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has been updated as they have built a third bedroom, which decreases the size of the living room.
