Cuidado y amplio piso con parqué, puertas de las habitaciones con llave, armarios empotrados, cocina con nevera de ancho especial, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, zona de lavandería. Amplio salón con grandes ventanales que lo hace muy luminoso y la mejor orientación de valencia (este-oeste) que lo hace un piso ideal para todas las estaciones.
Tiene además aire acondicionado centralizado y calefacción, conexión a internet, limpieza de zonas comunes.
Esta situado en un complejo con piscina y espacios privados como parque y solárium.
Muy próximo a la estación de metro y tranvía, totalmente comunicado con otros puntos de la ciudad de Valencia y a un paseo de la playa.
Tiene dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite, y otro para compartir con una única persona. El aforo máximo del apartamento es de tres personas, el ambiente es tranquilo y respetuoso con compañeros que cuidan la estancia y que buscan un perfil similar.
