Zona de lavadero, dos neveras para dar cobertura a todas las habitaciones. Aforo máximo 4 personas, una por habitación. Wifi. Limpieza de zonas comunes.
La habitación es exterior con orientación norte, ideal para el verano, dispone de cama doble con arcón de almacenamiento para maletas y enseres, zona de estudio y ventilador de techo programable.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y menaje de cocina.
Está situado en la plaza de Honduras, junto a la Avda de Blasco Ibañez, a 5 minutos andando de las principales universidades de Valencia, zona con todo tipo de servicios y perfectamente comunicada con el resto de la ciudad.
