Habutación individual exterior con vistas al mar, con mesilla de noche y lampara, mesa de estudio con silla de despacho, papelera, flexo, mesa auxiliar con TV que puede servir de segundo monitor, armario empotrado y ventilador de techo
Son 550€/mes mas mes y medio de fianza ya que está amueblado, con derecho a uso de 1 baño que compartirá con el otro inquilino. No hay servicio de limpieza, pero sólo hay que limpiar sus habitaciones, lo que ensucien en la cocina y mantener como se lo han encontrado el primer día el baño. Cuando yo esté alli va a ir una persona a limpiar todo menos su baño y sus habitaciones.
Las habitaciones tiene dos mantas cada una. Mantas contundentes -de Suiza- y han de respetar y cuidar las cortinas de las habitaciones. El suelo es de parquet, ya se les explicará cómo mantenerlo. Y se les proveerá de utensilios (una mopa y paños) y primeros productos que deberán reponer con la misma marca (marca blanca de Mercadona) al acabarse. Es muy sencillo, pero hay que tener cuidado porque tiene 20 años.
Está muy bien comunicada, con mas de 10 líneas de autobus, metro directo a la universidad (una parada). Se encuentra a 100 m de la playa y a 200 m de la universidad. Muchos bares, tiendas varias, varios supermercados y zona de ocio (discotecas de
