This apartment is clutter-free and no-nonsense, good for those with a busy lifestyle who want their home to be simple. If you're looking to share a space with strangers, this place will make it easy. The common rooms all have doors, so noise is a nonissue if one tenant wants to cook breakfast at 6 AM and others want to sleep in. And with 2 bathrooms, you won't be waiting around for the shower.
The apartment is located in La Saïdia, a historic area in the north of Valencia. The windows look across the street at an old stone building with a clock on its facade, which makes for a nice view. There is a laundromat you can walk to in 6 minutes. Just a 20-minute walk away are the Jardins del Reial, a beautifully landscaped park with access to attractions like the Museum of Natural Sciences.
