What we liked the most

  • We love the large terrace!
  • All the rooms have an individual room key, for added privacy.
  • Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom and balcony.
  • The apartment is ideal for students attending the Univeristat de Valencia.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 comes with 2 single beds. The landlord will remove the 3rd bed seen in the video.
  • There is no living room, but the large kitchen and terrace are spacious common areas.
  • Some of the rooms allow couples, you may share the apartment with up to 7 other people.
