The kitchen, which will be shared with the landlady, is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is also a separate laundry room which has a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a rack for things that can't go in the clothes dryer.
The apartment is under a 15 minute walk from the beach, and there are several parks nearby too, as well as an evangelical church. The local area is primarily residential, although there are several cafes and a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the property.
