This spacious 8-bedroom apartment located in the central La Saïdia has spacious rooms available to rent. Although some rooms are bigger than others, all the rooms are very well-sized. There is a room to fit every preference, all furnished with a double bed but some with a balcony or en-suite bathroom. There is a combined kitchen and living room area, ideal for relaxing and getting to know your roommates.
La Saïdia is a vibrant neighborhood known for its many parks and cultural offerings. Located right next to the historic city center, this area is central and convenient. On Carrer del Guadalaviar, you have the Turia River and its lush green banks right across the street. You can find all you basic amenities within walking distance and also have plenty of bars and shops nearby. When you need to move around town, you have great bus and tram connections.
