La vivienda está excelentemente ubicada, a tan solo quince minutos a pie del centro de Valencia y muy cerca de paradas de autobús y de metro (Ángel Guimerà), lo que permite una conexión rápida con toda la ciudad. El barrio es tranquilo y agradable, ideal para una estancia cómoda.
Todas las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas con mobiliario nuevo, pensadas para garantizar el máximo confort.
No se permite el empadronamiento.

The apartment is very well located, just fifteen minutes on foot from Valencia city center and close to bus stops and the Ángel Guimerà metro station, providing excellent connections throughout the city. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stay.
