Large doors in the living room open out onto a cute balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, electric oven, and gas hobs. The apartment has central heating for the winter and air conditioning in the lounge for the summer. There are 2 shared bathrooms.
The apartment is located in Quatre Carreres. This central spot is predominantly residential, but there are several shops and supermarkets close by, as well as restaurants and a nice park. Public transport is never far so getting into the city centre is a breeze.
