Casa familiar de dos plantas con terraza compartida, zona tranquila entre Quart de Poblet y Aldaia con zonas verdes e instalaciones deportivas. A diez min del aeropuerto y veinte min de Valencia. Supermercados, transporte público y a veces hacemos alguna paella, barbacoa o mejora en casa. Ambiente relajado, ideal para personas autosuficientes, respetuosas y con sentido común.
Yo vivo en la planta baja con mi hijo y tu en la planta primera con otros airbnbs.
En la planta primera compartís entre cuatro personas la cocina, el baño con ducha, un aseo, el salón comedor. Yo tengo mi propia cocina y baño abajo y nunca estoy arriba si no hace falta. Hay cuatro Habitaciones Individuales.
Hay una terraza grande en la tercera planta, dónde se puede hacer barbacoa bajo solicitud previa.
Transporte
No hay metro! Hay Bus amarillo. En coche en diez min estás en Valencia.
