En los alrededores encontrarás supermercados, comercios, farmacia, lavandería, centro de salud y hospital público.
B-La vivienda está bien comunicada con el centro y otras zonas de Valencia mediante metro y autobús. El propietario vive en el piso junto con su hijo, favoreciendo un ambiente familiar, respetuoso y cuidado.
C-Se buscan inquilinos tranquilos y responsables, que valoren la convivencia y el buen mantenimiento del hogar. Las habitaciones están amuebladas y, según la habitación, pueden disponer de baño privado, televisión, escritorio y silla de trabajo.
