Mantiene todo el encanto restaurado de las casas antiguas: techos altos, suelos de mosaico, entrada individual. Pero con todas las comodidades renovadas: ventanas de doble cristal y persiana, cocina y baño reformados, Aire Acondicionado, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y menaje completo en la cocina. Además la habitación cuenta con todo: armario enorme, escritorio, flexo, wifi, sábanas, toallas, edredón, almohadas nuevas y cómodas, para que solo tengas que traer tu maleta. Luz natural con vistas a la calle, todo exterior. A escasos metros de la parada de metro de Burjassot-Godella y el Mercadona. Cerca del ayuntamiento, la zona de bares y no muy lejos de la universidad. Vive como en un chalet, pero en el centro de Burjassot y con conexión de metro directa al centro de Valencia.
