Una excelente ubicación en el centro de Valencia a escasos pasos de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, de la estación del Norte y de la calle Colón. Se trata de la mejor zona de la ciudad con todos los servicios y una gran oferta multicultural de bares y restaurantes, bancos, supermercados y tiendas. Aunque la ubicación sea céntrica y se pueda ir a pie a todas partes, hay diferentes conexiones de autobús, la parada de metro más cercana es la de Xàtiva.
Las habitaciones privadas son amplias, luminosas. Disponen de escritorio con flexo, armario con perchas, mesita de noche o cómoda, una cama, ventilador de techo y radiador.
El edificio cuenta con varios pisos de siete habitaciones. Disponemos de viviendas enfocadas a estudiantes y también de otras para jóvenes profesionales. Las viviendas están decoradas y cuidadas al mínimo detalle para que te sientas como en casa y con instalaciones de primera. Además, la vivienda tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, así como, con lavadora y plancha. También tiene dos baños completos totalmente equipados y para compartir.
