La vivienda, amueblada y equipada, cuenta con cuatro habitaciones y espacios comunes para compartir. Además, está muy bien comunicada mediante tranvía, autobús y carril bici, con fácil acceso al centro de Valencia.
Somos pet friendly: el único inquilino permanente es un gatito rescatado que se ha apropiado de este espacio y se encarga de cuidar a quienes llegan a casa. Es limpio, ordenado y todo está preparado para que su presencia no incomode a quienes comparten la vivienda, a cambio de recibir muchos mimos.
Realizamos una limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes para preservar un ambiente confortable, limpio y agradable para todos.
