The 120 m² property has rooms that vary in size but that are quite spacious and fully furnished. The main shared area is the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a dining table and modern appliances.
Russafa is where you want to be if you are looking for a trendy but central neighborhood. On Carrer de Sueca, you are in the heart of the district with an endless amount of bars, cafes, and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. You have several bus stops nearby and the Bailén Metro stop 10 minutes away.
