The kitchen comes with an oven, 4-burner stove and rangehood as well as a small table and chairs and some storage space. The bathroom is also well-equipped with a shower over bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
The Central Market of Valencia and Mercado Colón are both within a 10-minute walk, as is a El Corte Inglés department store, so all the essentials are nearby.

Bedroom 1 is a tidy room with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a standalone wardrobe. This room also has balcony access.

- The University of Valencia is within a 20-minute walk, or a 10-minute bus ride.
