  • The apartment is close to public transport, so exploring the rest of Valencia is nice and easy.
  • This 3rd floor apartment has an elevator, so you don't need to climb too many stairs with your shopping.
  • There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • The University of Valencia is easily accessible by Metro, or a half-hour walk on a nice day.
