There is 1 full bathroom to share among 4 of the bedrooms and another that is en-suite. The main common area is the spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped and furnished with a dining table.
Algirós is known as a student-friendly neighborhood but with such a youthful energy is great for young professionals, as well. On Carrer de Campoamor, you are just minutes away from the nightlife area on Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez. If you prefer calmer nights, there are plenty of small bars and tasty restaurants you can spend your weekends. You have plenty of bus and Metro connections nearby, and are also about 15 minutes to several university campuses.
