The apartment is shared with the live-in landlord and comes fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. There is mosaic floor tiling throughout, big windows, and high ceilings. The common areas are all in one corner of the apartment and consist of a living room, kitchen, sunroom, and 1 full bathroom.

The L'Eixample district is a lively and popular one and is broken down into smaller districts. On Carrer del Literat, you are in Russafa, which is known for being chic and stylish. Right outside your door, you have an an endless amount of restaurants, cafes, bars, and small shops to discover.

Bedroom 5 is one of the more spacious rooms and comes furnished with a double bed. The room also has a unique standalone wardrobe and nightstand. The room has a window looking into the sun room and high ceilings.
