There are rooms for rent in this 5-bedroom apartment on Placa D'Avila in La Saidia. This apartment is spacious with a comfortable kitchen and living area that has access to a balcony with street views. The kitchen area is very bright and has everything you need to cook and space to eat at a breakfast bar. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, both of which have a toilet and sink. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a shower/bath.
This area is beautiful and calm with a large and beautiful park nearby. There are museums within walking distance as well as many buildings and monuments that are absolutely stunning. There is also great public transport in the area.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is a bright bedroom with access to a balcony shared with bedroom 3. This room has an independent key for added security and the glass sliding doors let in plenty of light making it feel very spacious. This room is furnished with a sofa, double bed and desk and chair.

- There is additional storage space available in the living area.
- Universitat de Valencia is situated on the other side of the park from the apartment, not only are you close but you have a beautiful walk through the park to get there.
- Jardines del Real is located at the end of your street and is beautiful with ponds, museums, historical landmarks and more.
- The apartment is very well-presented and clean.
- This property has Wi-Fi installed so it will be ready to go when you move in.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no heating in this apartment.
- There is no clothes dryer in this apartment however you could purchase a rack to leave the clothes in the sun on the balcony to dry.
