The main shared area is the fully equipped kitchen, that also serves as a place to gather with a couch, dining table, and small flat-screen TV.

Extramurs is a district located right outside Valencia's historical center.       • Please note that your landlord collects rental payments on the 1st of every month
      • If your booking starts on the 1st of the month: your Spotahome payment covers the monthly rental
      • ++If your booking does not start on the 1st of the month:++ you will need to pay your landlord the equivalent value of such month in addition to your Spotahome payment before check in.
    • Your booking request will only be accepted if you are under 35 years of age (only for room shared properties).

    How to book

    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
