These are individual rooms to rent in this 5-bedroom house in Valencia. The house is characterised by lots of natural light which enters through various windows distributed around the house. The house is super neat, clean and tidy with a large living room with TV and a private terrace. All decorations that provide the house with its personality are brand new and each bedroom has their own key (so you can lock them from the inside and outside). The house also contains lots of shared and individual storage spaces and options.
There is a great selection of national and international restaurants that can be found close by. This property is conveniently situated between two supermarkets (both within a walking distance of no more than 5 minutes). A short 18-minute walk from this property heading south will find you in Gulliver Park where there are plenty of paths to wander, people to see and things to do.
Room description
Well-lit and fresh room with a double bed. A window with a street view provides plenty of light and a feeling of spaciousness. A couch, along with a desk and chair provide plenty of seating options. The room contains plenty of storage for hanging and folded clothes with drawers and closet space.
