These are individual rooms to rent in this 5-bedroom house in Valencia. The house is characterised by lots of natural light which enters through various windows distributed around the house. The house is super neat, clean and tidy with a large living room with TV and a private terrace. All decorations that provide the house with its personality are brand new and each bedroom has their own key (so you can lock them from the inside and outside). The house also contains lots of shared and individual storage spaces and options.
There is a great selection of national and international restaurants that can be found close by. This property is conveniently situated between two supermarkets (both within a walking distance of no more than 5 minutes). A short 18-minute walk from this property heading south will find you in Gulliver Park where there are plenty of paths to wander, people to see and things to do.
Room description
Beautifully lit room with a double bed. Windows running almost the full length of the wall provide plenty of natural light, with a view out on to the terrace. This is certainly the place to study or work with a view! There is a desk and chair and the room also contains a large floor-to-roof stand-alone closet to store your clothes and belongings.
