There are rooms for rent in this 120 m², modern 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on Pintor Benedito in Extramurs. The kitchen is chic and well-equipped with an oven, microwave and 2 full-sized refrigerators. There are 2 shared, tidy bathrooms as well, which both have a shower, toilet and sink. The whole apartment is recently renovated and has lovely hardwood floors.
If you're in Valencia to study you'll be pleased to know the University of Valencia is within a 20-minute Metro ride. On the way home you can always stop off at The Central Market of Valencia or Mercat de Colón where you can grab a bite to eat or some fresh ingredients if you want to cook that night. Closer to home you'll also find a supermarket and pharmacy so you don't need to worry about going to the centre of the city to get the essentials.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is a tidy room with a double bed, a chest of drawers and standalone wardrobe so there is plenty of space for your belongings. There is also a desk so you can get some work done, and a large window with a street view.
