This very spacious apartment is available with five bedrooms and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is certainly large enough and well-equipped for shared living. There's a table for preparing food or sharing a meal with your roommates. This is an ideal apartment for students to share or a large group of friends.
The apartment is in a fabulous location. You can walk through the glorious Turia park, a green space created from the old riverbed, to the historic heart of Valencia. There's a supermarket just across the road from the apartment, as well as several bars, restaurants, and traditional Spanish squares. It's also just 1km to the Mestalla stadium, home to Valencia FC. Watch the place come to life on match days! It's also handy for Valencia University and other campuses.

Bedroom 1 is a huge double room with a large window. It has access to the balcony, which has a table with chairs. And the room has a comfortable sofa.
