What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

El piso está reformado. El baño se ha reformado en Noviembre de Cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado, horno, microondas, lavadora y lavavajillas. Hay tv en la cocina. Tienes derecho a cocina. No está permitido fumar ni traer personas a casa. No se acepta llegar ebrio ni hacer ruidos que molesten a los demás.

This beautiful, 4-bedroom apartment includes shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry areas. The living room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the residential streets of Patraix. Large windows and crisp coloring found throughout the space welcome in plenty of natural light.
