There are rooms for rent in this modern 5-bedroom apartment on Carrer de l'Actor Llorens in the area of Camins al Grau. This 115m² space comes fully furnished, with a luminous living room, an ideal place to socialise after a long study session. The kitchen is stylish, and the bathrooms are sleek with showers, sinks, and mirrors.

This apartment is surrounded by all the things you could possibly need as a student, including the University of Valencia which is a 20-minute walk away. For some entertainment, the Babel cinema is nearby, and if you find yourself in need of a scenic stroll, the quirky Parque Gulliver is well within walking distance!

What we liked the most

  • This bright, incredibly modern apartment comes fully furnished with a kitchen equipped with all you need to cook.
  • The simple yet stylish decor provides a soothing atmosphere, with little distraction from study.
  • If in need of a study break, you can enjoy the TV from the comfort of the couch.
  • There are several large windows that let in plenty of natural light, as well as fresh air to keep you cool during those Spanish summers.
  • The Universitat de València - Facultat de Magisteri is just a few blocks away, so you're never far from a library if in need of extra readings!

  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
  • Pets: not allowed
  • Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
  • Important note:" Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee and 1 month of rent as Security deposit"

Remember that Security Deposit and admin fee (when applies) must be paid before the check in day

Monthly Prices include: Internet, weekly cleaning service, maintenance service, community fees.

Water, electricity and gas bills are not included. They depend on use. They are more or less 60 euros per month per tenant_._

    • Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Bookings:
    • Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
    • Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
