There are rooms for rent in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Carrer del Comte d'Altea in L'Eixample. You'll find a compact but well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, 3-burner stove, oven and a full-sized refrigerator as well as everything you need to cook. The shared bathroom is also well-equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower,and is also where you will find the washing machine.

The Mercat de Colón is within a 5-minute walk of this apartment so you won't need to go far to grab a bite to eat after a long day. On the weekend you can take a quick walk to the nearby Palau de la Música de València and enjoy some music or a stroll through the park.
