This 5-bedroom apartment on Avinguda del Cid, in L'Olivereta is fully furnished and has comfortable rooms to rent. The property has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need to cook, 2 nicely-tiled bathrooms, and a laundry room so you can get your washing done in-house.
The apartment is located in L'Olivereta, a peaceful residential neighborhood west of the city centre. There are plenty of parks, restaurants, and bars to explore in the area, and the Metro is close by to get you anywhere in Valencia in no time.
What we liked the most
- The Parc de Capçalera and Parc de l'Oest are just a few blocks away from the apartment.
- The apartment has lovely polished wooden floors.
- One of the bedrooms has access to a gorgeous balcony.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to cook.
