Bright, fresh, and with plenty of room for everyone, this apartment has been thoughtfully designed to support group living. With a gorgeous balcony overlooking a lovely and lively street, this house also features a fully equipped kitchen and 2 spotlessly clean bathrooms. The bedrooms here are comfortable and practical, and have been furnished to maximise convenience and cosiness.
Eclectic, multicultural, lively, and with plenty of hustle and bustle, this neighbourhood is hard to beat. Basically in the heart of the city, you will find everything to entertain you, feed you, and make sure that you have an awesome time. Well connected and with plenty to see, this really is the place to be for your own authentic Valencian experience.

Warm, cosy, and inviting – and with its own access to the balcony – this bedroom is just lovely. Featuring a single bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, private bathroom, and plenty of natural light, we feel that you will be super comfortable here.

What we liked the most
- We love that each room has its own personality, and is filled with plenty of natural light (always important).
- The balcony in this apartment is just great. The views are lovely and the occupant of bedroom 1 will have their own access, while everyone else can hang out there via the living room.
- Speaking of the living room – this room is our favourite. With high ceilings and plenty of light, the furnishings are tasteful, comfortable, and practical.
- We love this area for its variety and entertainment options. Food is good here and bars are plentiful.
