What we liked the most

  • Relaxing in the osmosis heat/cold AC— you'll never be too cold nor too hot.
  • Getting to know your new flatmates— you'll have plenty of space to hang out in the living room.
  • This is a super-safe property! You'll have a reinforced door, a video intercom system and internal locking (for every rom).
  • The area! It's very close to Universidad de Valencia, Blasco Ibañez, Tarongers and Polytecnic universities. Also, it has quick access to public transportation as well as municipal sports centres, supermarkets and activities such as the weekly market or the Feria de la Tapa!
  • This apartment is full of cool stuff: LED lights, piped music in kitchen and bathrooms, double glazing, shoe rack, drawers with progressive closing, especial lighting...
