This is a lovely 1st floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer de l'Impressor Lambert Palmart, Valencia. Grab an affordable room with common spaces big enough to relax with your flatmates.
We think this apartment is ideal for a student. You've got a great location close to the university and the beach. Best of both worlds. Smoker? You can puff away on the balcony.

Things to keep in mind
- You'll have a washing machine but no dryer. Luckily you can hang your clothes out to dry on the balcony.
- There is no heating in this apartment. No drama, grab yourself a portable heater if it gets cold.
- A wardrobe will be installed in bedroom 1.
