This is a lovely 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Pintor Ferrer Calatayud, Valencia. It's modern, it's bright, and it's near the beach— what's not to love?

The location is great— the apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the beach, and nearby you'll find all the restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops you could ever want. Excellent.
