  • The furniture was renovated 1 year ago and is in good condition.
  • Perfect for Erasmus and students from all Universities and study centers in Valencia given its proximity to Avenida Blasco Ibáñez just meters from the house.
  • Right in front of the farm is the Aragón metro station.
