Student flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them private), a spacious living room and kitchen. RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MESTALLA STADIUM. Flat JUST FOR STUDENTS BETWEEN 18 AND 29 YEARS OLD.
- All rooms have a controlled ceiling fan.
- The furniture was renovated 1 year ago and is in good condition.
- Perfect for Erasmus and students from all Universities and study centers in Valencia given its proximity to Avenida Blasco Ibáñez just meters from the house.
- Right in front of the farm is the Aragón metro station.

- Flat maintenance (handyman for any type of breakdown).
- Custom attention from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Emergency telephone 24/7.
- Monthly consumption report (electricity and water).

Things to keep in mind
