This is a lovely 8th floor, 6-bedroom apartment on Avinguda De Peris I Valero, Valencia. It has a neat kitchen, lovely decor, and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is just a short stroll away.
We think this apartment is perfect for outgoing students. With Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias nearby and the vibrant Ruzafa within walking distance, in L'Eixample you'll always have something to do.
What we liked the most
- Cooking with the new flatmates – there's no such thing as too many cooks.
- Soaking up the first rays of sunlight – a glorious start to your day.
- Walking to Ciudad de Las Artes y Las Ciencias – a futuristic experience.
Things to keep in mind
- There's no AC or heating– time to invest in a fan or a pair of wooly socks.
