What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Piso totalmente reformado, súper luminoso y limpio electrodomésticos y colchones nuevos, ropa de cama y almohada. Gran salón comedor donde hacer vida en común. Buen wifi. Justo debajo del piso hay estación de tranvía que en escasos minutos te llevará a la UPV. Tan solo dos minutos caminando a la playa, espectacular paseo marítimo, si te gusta la playa y hacer deporte será un sueño para ti. El barrio tiene dos grandes supermercados y todo tipo de comercios,estacion de bicis. Procuramos filtrar el perfil de estudiantes para que el ambiente sea limpio y tranquilo.

This is a lovely 3rd floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer Del Pare Antón Martín, Valencia. It has a spacious living room, modern decor, and the gorgeous El Cabanyal beach is within easy reach.

We think this apartment is perfect for tranquil students. Need a break from the city? Once a fishing village, this colorful district still retains some of that small-town atmosphere.
