This is a lovely 7th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer Dels Sants Just I Pastor, Valencia. It boasts a cool kitchen and generous bedrooms close to Valencia's beautiful beaches.

We think this apartment is perfect for outgoing students. Besides being close to school, you'll be right next to Av. de Blasco Ibáñez, one of the main party zones in all of Valencia.

What we liked the most

  • ALLOWED LENGTHS OF STAY: Your booking will only be accepted if it lasts until the end of June 2024. We want full course bookings.
  • At the entrance to the property, it is mandatory to pay as a forecast of expenses: 100€ for rooms rents, 200€ for studios and 300€ for apartments.
  • Tenants under 35 years old only
  • Check-in hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 14:00 and 16:00-20:00. Check ins made in other hours will charge a fee of 50€
  • The rooms are expected cleaned at the end of the stay. A fee between €50 - €90 will be charged if not.
  • Required documentation: ID / Passport
  • Bed linen: yes, provided
