Tiene cinco habitaciones exteriores y amplias, con calefacción, aire acondicionado independiente, armariada y escritorio privado. Con varias zonas comunes bien equipadas, varias terrazas a la calle, salón-comedor con zona de trabajo, cocina office con electrodomésticos de primeras marcas, zona de lavado aparte y decoración llena de detalles de buen gusto y calidad, con una comunidad consolidada de usuarios.
