A spacious 180 sqm eight-bedroom apartment, offering two shared bathrooms and a common room featuring a modern kitchen, the washing machine and a dining table. There are eight bedrooms available to rent separately, with different options to suit all needs, including single and double rooms, interior and exterior, and two with their own ensuite bathroom. This exterior apartment is located on Garrigues street, in the city centre of Valencia, very close to the metro, bus and train networks. A fifteen-minute walk will take you to El Carmen, the stunning historical centre of Valencia.

What we liked the most
- As you enter the apartment you will find a spacious shared room containing the kitchen and a dining table with six chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and other cooking accessories, allowing you to comfortably cook your own meals. Appliances provided include a fridge, a toaster, a stove, an oven, a microwave and two fridges.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment and some racks you can use to dry your washing.
- Wi-Fi is already installed, allowing you to get in touch with friends and family back in your country as soon as you arrive.
Things to keep in mind
- There are only two shared bathrooms, but two bedrooms have their own ensuite.
- There is no TV in the apartment, but since you will be living right in the city centre of Valencia, you will have plenty of entertainment options within your doorstep.
- This apartment has no heating.
