Well-connected, renovated, and spacious, this 100 m2 property offers five rooms for rent with varying size and amenities. The shared areas are the fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, and bathroom, and every inch of this apartment is sleek, luminous, and modern. The surrounding neighborhood is a hip and vibrant one, full of street art and entertainment in every corner!

What we liked the most

  • Russafa, a barrio located to the south of the city center, is one of the up and coming, quirky, and overall the most exciting neighborhood in Valencia. Tenants will have hip bars and cafes right at their doorsteps and the historical center of Valencia within a few minutes' walk.
  • Joaquin Sorolla train station is a 12 minute walk, making the rooms ideal for those who like to travel.
  • This stylish apartment is completely remodeled and features white walls contrasted with new wooden flooring. A luxury in the heart of Valencia!
  • The kitchen leads to the quaint and small terrace, furnished with patio furniture.
  • All of the rooms for rent are furnished with ample storage space.
